3. ESTIMATES AND CONTRACTS

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Written contracts are required for all projects

Project scope, materials, and pricing will be detailed in your contract

Changes to the original scope require written approval and may affect pricing

4. PERMITS AND HOA APPROVAL

We handle HOA coordination and permit applications on your behalf

You are responsible for providing accurate property information and access

Delays due to permit or HOA approval processes are beyond our control

Additional fees may apply for expedited permit processing

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be specified in your individual contract

We accept various payment methods as agreed upon

Financing options are available through trusted partners like Acorn Finance

Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction

6. WARRANTIES

Workmanship Warranty: All installations are backed by our workmanship warranty

Material Warranties: Many fence materials include manufacturer warranties

Warranty terms and duration will be specified in your contract

Warranties do not cover damage from natural disasters, vandalism, or normal wear and tear

7. PROPERTY ACCESS AND DOCUMENTATION

You grant us reasonable access to your property for project completion

We may take photos and videos for project documentation, quality assurance, and marketing purposes

You consent to our use of project images for business promotion unless you opt-out in writing

8. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

We maintain appropriate insurance and bonding

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided

You are responsible for marking underground utilities before work begins

We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions or hidden obstacles

9. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Contract cancellation terms will be specified in your individual agreement

Changes to project scope must be approved in writing

Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation

If litigation is necessary, Florida state courts will have jurisdiction

Florida law governs these Terms and any related agreements

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Government actions or permit delays

Material shortages or supply chain disruptions

12. COMPLIANCE

All work will comply with applicable Florida building codes and regulations

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local HOA requirements

We will obtain necessary permits as agreed upon in your contract

13. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. MODIFICATIONS

These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
